5. After you finish downloading your music, the songs in the playlist will be available offline. A gray downward-facing arrow will appear in the bottom right corner of the downloaded playlist or album's card in the Your Library screen.
If you cancel your Verizon Cloud subscription, only your contacts will continue to sync with Verizon Cloud. All other content stored in your Verizon Cloud account will be immediately archived and no longer available to you. If you don't reactivate your Verizon Cloud account within 30 days, your content will be permanently deleted. If you decide to cancel your subscription to Verizon Cloud, you should first download all your files to your computer or a portable storage device.Note: Deleting the Verizon Cloud app from your phone does not cancel your subscription. The removed user(s) will be immediately locked out. They must sign up for their own Verizon Cloud storage account within 30 days, or their content will be permanently deleted. If you decide to remove a user from a shareable plan, you should first ensure the user downloads all their files to a computer or a portable storage device.
To download on tablets and phones, navigate to Your Library and select Playlists, Songs, Albums, Artists, or Podcasts. Look for the "Download" option at the top and toggle it on so it turns green. To download podcast episodes, click the downward-facing arrow next to it.
To download that content, click the cloud with the downward-facing arrow on each device. You can also save time and just turn on Automatic Downloads(Opens in a new window) on every device that you want to store music on locally.
